溪流上游展示區
臺灣溪流具有短小湍急且枯豐季水量變化極大的特色，多樣性的河岸變化，也孕育出豐富的溪流生物，例如?魚、馬口魚等，都是本區展示重點。

Upstream
There are stream fish species - Some Endemic and native fish species inhabit here，such as Taiwan Shi Bin 、Taiwan Zacco barbata and hemimyzon .

故事館2樓設備＿滲水岩壁展示區Seepage rock

滲水岩壁展示區
展示溪流發源棲地之環境，在滲水汨汨而出的濕生條件下，成為蕨類、苔蘚植物及食蟲植物生活的棲地。

Seepage rock 
It includes insectivorous plant- bladderwort、hygrophyte and ferns. It is the birthplace of the river. Raindrop falls from the seepage rock. The river starts from here.

館內設備

濕地故事館位於板橋435藝文特區內，為一座造型特殊的三層圓型建築物，前身原為「思源圖書館」，係將現有的老舊建築物重新裝潢與規劃，開放1-2樓供民眾參觀。

1樓以互動式導覽設施為主，2樓為主題式生態展示區與多媒體視聽教室。除此之外，濕地故事館更規劃以下三種綠能設施以達節能減碳效益。

In order to guide people to know the stories of upper, middle and lower streams of the Da-Han-Shi river, to learn the history of artificial wetlands, to cherish the outcomes of water quality improvement, to encourage you to join the works with us, and to use wetland material for environmental education Therefore, we have the Wetland Story House in Banqiao 435 art zone. There are wetland simulation which includes ecological tanks and pictures, interactive multimedia guide system and river corridor scenarios in the Wetland Story House and you can deeply experience environmental education and build up the platform of multi-participation and learning.

"家燕"育雛記

"家燕"是夏候鳥，喜愛在屋簷下築巢，或野外築巢

在每年約五月底六月初才有以下的溫馨畫面:

前四張親鳥餵食 後四張兩隻小鳥動作一致、可愛逗趣!

橙斑蜻蜓

"橙斑蜻蜓"尾端翹高高的，直指陽光，以減少陽光照射面積。
請問減少陽光照射面積的用意是？
Ans: 減少受熱面積，才不會太熱

紫綬帶、綬帶鳥

這幾天台北植物園來了貴客過境 - 稀有鳥“紫綬帶"，又叫"綬帶鳥"，因長長的尾巴如綬帶而得名。牠的英文名字是paradise flycatcher，直接翻譯叫"天堂捕蠅者"，很有意思! 因為稀有，吸引了遠從台中北上的鳥友來拍。

台灣山桂花

"台灣山桂花"（台灣特有種）外形上跟"山桂花"近似，但花冠筒較短，相對之下，花冠裂片較長；果有「臍」，山桂花則無此特徵；葉脈明顯，山桂花則葉脈不明顯。

"台灣山桂花"莖葉曬乾後可以煎製成染料，紫紅色的汁液染在布上非常好看，且色彩的牢固性很好。
